THE AGENDA is TicketSwap’s new weekly event highlights series, where we’ll share the spiciest events taking place in London each week.

Electronic music fans are spoilt for choice this week, with the potential to get their rave on at venues all over the big smoke. Whether your bank account is already destroyed from festival season, or you’re still recovering from a Eurovision watch party hangover, it’s clear that the UK’s summer of music has well and truly begun (even if we’re still waiting for the ‘summer’ part). Rising star yunè pinku is sharing her soothing vocals and introverted raver energy with London’s Pickle Factory this Thursday. Prepare to be enchanted by the 20-year-old bedroom producer, weaving electro-house tones with pristine UK garage instrumentation.

20 Years Of Crosstown Rebels, 19 May

We’re not sure how, but it’s been two whole decades since leading electronic label, Crosstown Rebels, was founded. To mark the occasion, Crosstown artists new and old are embarking on a CR20 world tour. The London leg boasts Damian Lazarus, Bedouin, Dennis Cruz, Mathew Jonson, and more of your favorite beat-maestros.

Christian Löffler, 19 May

Expansive, emotional, and electronic, Christian Löffler is bringing his melancholic introspection to Camden’s Roundhouse this Friday. Dancing on the more ambient side of electronic, Löffler’s glimmering synthesizers are sure to fill the grade II listed former railway shed magnificently. This is a gig for those wanting to feel, rather than frolic.

Louis Cole, 19 May

Credit: Andrea Silva Louis Cole is bringing the avant-garde to the art deco, performing at the historic Troxy in East London. The classically trained jazz musician and multi-instrumentalist is the mastermind behind bangers such as Park Your Car On My Face and Let Me Snack. Cole’s humor-tinged jazz electronica is not to be missed.

Siesta 11th Birthday, 20 May

The Ministry of Sound staple enlists mavericks of the genre – including LoveJuice creator, George Mensah, and Kiss FM resident Majestic – to help them mark 11 years of disco naps. 

Skream & more, 20 May

fabric have long been known for curating club nights with immaculate line-ups, and their newest venture is no different. Dubstep pioneer turned house wizard, Skream, heads the bill, closely followed by a tantalizing Traumer & Shonky b2b. See you on the bodysonic dancefloor.

Gegen X Pornceptual, 20 May

What do you get when you cross two sex-positive Berliner groups and an East London industrial venue? Gegen and Pornceptual have the answer, teaming up for their first ever London club night at E1. Gegen x Pornceptual is set to celebrate the wonderful world of fetish and techno beats, alongside provocative performance art and dance. Time to dig out your finest leather and latex?

Mesh, 20 May

Even after three decades, Bristol-born synth-pop outfit MESH are still going strong. Redirecting their European fame to O2 Academy Islington, MESH’s Anthology show is set to be an emotional recollection of the band’s vast back-catalogue. Promising to play all the fan-favourites in the intimate 800 cap venue, this show won’t be ‘Taken For Granted’.
